Nick installed 2 surge protectors on my outside air conditioners. He is without a doubt one of the best workers I have ever encountered. Not only is he knowledgeable and fast working but he is also a perfect gentleman. Nick is definitely an asset to your company or any company. He makes you want to do business with Doug's.

Ask for Kenny Rivero great guy really informative on what was happening with the unit and what he was doing to solve the issue. Made the repair in a timely manner and correct. Will definitely be calling back and asking for Kenny, and thanks to Doug's for getting me out of the heat.
The technician, Daniel is as described, a great guy, answered all my questions & reassured me of all my concerns. Gave his 110% and was pleasant to deal with even though he probably had a long day in the heat repairing other units. Definitely the right guy as your Service Manager!
My condensate pump on my AC system was making a lot of noise. I thought I would have to pay an arm and a leg to replace it. But the service man who came out, Randall, said it might just need a good cleaning. So he took it apart, and sure enough that's what it was. He gave it a good cleaning and saved me hundreds of dollars for a replacement. Five Stars!!!
