We count the time we met Doug 10 years ago our very lucky, fortunate day...He has taken many of our chairs, sofa, antique pieces and made them like brand new ...never a project too large or small and all in his genuine, caring manner....we think the world of this fine man and will always refer and continue to use Doug for all of our upholstery needs....the very best!!!
This is a repost. For some reason my original review was removed. Stay away from Doug's if you have a project you care about. I took a 1000 Recaro seat to Doug's to repair a small tear in the seam. Thread color, pattern and thickness of repair did not come close to matching. The foam he used in the bolster is protruding and you can see the edges, and the seat cover was not reinstalled properly, it simple hangs off the back of the seat. 3 hour turnaround for 160 but the work is very low quality.
