We used Doulas by the Bay for the birth of our son in October 2018. Our doula was Kelly Heath and she was amazing. Due to him being breach we ended up not being able to use Kelly during the actual birth, but she was there at the hospital and for the months and weeks leading up to the birth. Kelly was so helpful and supportive, and exactly the type of guide we needed. Since Kelly was not going to be involved in the actual birth, the company also offered to refund us half the cost but we opted to use Kelly as support during the process regardless and we're very happy we did. For those who think they could use some extra support, comfort, guidance or just someone to help manage the childbirth process, you should reach out to Doulas by the Bay. I know we will if we have another child.
