RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Repairs to printers have to be authorized by a sales people(account managers). When parts are available but the company does not order the parts for weeks upon weeks for some reason, I knew it was time for me to leave the company. I was the face of the company and they let me down almost every time I needed to order parts. I left the company because they make their technicians look incompetent!!
