Called their customer service line to start service. The wait time was over an hour, and I'm a 12 hr night shift employee, so I left my name and number for call back. 4 hours later they returned my call and set up my account, however they said it was a 265 deposit and 35 for them to turn on service next day or 60 for same day. She had me call ANOTHER 800 number (the payment line) to make a payment, get a confirmation number, and call back for them to come out. I did so and paid 60 for same day. I called back and they did not have the option to leave your name and number so I waited on hold for 4 HOURS. I then called the corporate number and the woman told me that they are short staffed and handing out late notices because of the pandemic so they are busy. Offered me the cell number of a gentleman in the office. Called and left a message with Jeff. I also filled out the email on the website 3 different times now. It has been 3 days and I still have not had anyone email, call, text, or come out to start service. Unfortunately our only other option is to switch from gas to electric - which actually seems like the better option at this point. I understand being busy and short staffed due to the pandemic but after 3 days, making a payment, and multiple contacts, I would assume I'd at least hear something back.

Customer Service is completely atrocious tried calling on a Friday submitted a ticket to start services no response at all so I took it upon myself to once again call on Tuesday early morning. Started my call at 11am and was on hold until 2pm only to be told they aren’t able to start my service until Monday cause of the thanksgiving holiday & I’m sure I won’t be able to contact customer service again on Monday as they seem to never be at the phone... Currently living in a cold house now I appreciate it

Their scheduling is a mess. Don't give me the COVID excuse, you are an essential utility company. Due to them not being able to handle their own scheduling the sale of my home has been delayed over a week. Unfortunately due to the conditions of my sale I was not able to switch to propane. But there are many local ,family owned, propane suppliers in the area, go with them....

Just waited on hold for 2hrs and 18 mins jus for the representative to say hello and then after I said hello back she hangs up. They have to find a better way for there customers to get better service most of them are working from home so there shouldn't be any excuses for why the wait times are so long.

Every single day I've called & wait over 2hours every single time. Rep finally comes on the line & the call gets disconnected within ONE MINUTE even worse is that THEY KNOW THIS & HAVE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. THERE'S A PANDEMIC & YOUR COMPANY ADDS WAYYYYY MORE STRESS IN MY LIFE THAN NECESSARY. TIME FOR A LAWSUIT!!!
