Got my outboard winterized by Tim’s son who has 36 yrs experience, great guy, explained everything as I watched. I could not be happier with this outfit. Thanks again!!

I'd give zero stars if this let me! Rude and terrible customer service. I've lived here my whole life and never gotten such bad service from a local business. We just wanted to rent a pontoon boat. Becausw hey, its summertime, you'd think that would be something a marina with a boat rental service could handle?! But after many messages left unreturned my husband went down to ask in person. The owner, Tim, was extremely rude and incapable of telling my husband his boat availability and unwilling to arrange accommodations for us. I am really disappointed and it takes A LOT for me to leave a bad review. If you're looking for a boat rental on Sebec lake, this isn't a good place.

Twice I have dealt with this company professionally and I must say an untrained group of misfit monkeys is more professional than any one of these men.

OMG.. the worst, I mean the worst customer service on the face of the planet.. I don't care if you're a year-rounder or visiting for the summer.... they were like peaches when we almost drop 5k on a dock... got a simple engine tuned-up (must of forgot who we were or something) and treated us like total dog cr#p.. how do places like this still stay in business? You're better off going elsewhere. And for them, they lost a dock sale

After a Saturday sunset cruise gone bad on Schoodic Lake (Brownville), Tim (himself personally), went out of his way on the next day, on a Sunday to get us setup with a new prop/hub kit!! Great guy!!

The owner needs to keep his son on a short leash. Telling someone publically that he didnt care if they wanted him or not they would be forced to have intercourse. I cant imagine what the rest of the business is like...
