Today was my last day at Phoenix Physical Therapy Dover, it was a happy day and yet a sad day. I was happy to have regained the use of my right knee after total replacement. But, I was sad to leave such a wonderful and welcoming staff. Susie was the first person I encountered upon entering the first day. She was very professional, warm and caring. Then my first meeting with the therapist Bhuvnesh. He put me at ease immediately with his caring and warmth. He knew exactly what to do from exercise to massaging my knee. He has a gentle but firm way of making you do what needs to be done. I have been to several Physical Therapy groups but never experienced the caring and the knowledge that I received there. I would highly recommend Phoenix Dover to anyone that is looking for a great place to get well.
