We had to move my parents' belongings out of state while taking some time to sort through things. We did not want to rent a truck one-way or hire a moving service. PODS was the best solution.

Great storage unit although not as large as I would've liked. Bulky items (entertainment centers, sectionals) combined with lots of boxes and odd shaped furniture i.e., semi-circle desks, grills) will be difficult for one unit.

With Covid-19 it took longer to get a pickup date.cost a lot less to move than PackRat moved within state of Delaware. Pods was 630, Pack Rate over 2000

I am supposed to have delivery today of my pod to my new address and I got three confirmations over the last two days including text messages of the new address. This morning the driver called to confirm the address and said that he was not aware of the address and that the manager he works for will not allow this delivery to happen because it would cause other problems with other orders. We have 3 people who took off and have so much money vested in this move and I need this pod here or compensated for all wages lost and damages for time wasted. This is the worst customer service I have ever experiences. Please train your so called managers in customer service because this is not the way to handle YOUR screw ups by any means nor can you resolve issues this way.
