Recently sold my home in York, and I had TC Backer Construction come out to do a full roof inspection with a written report to give to the buyers in order to move forward with the sale. Can’t thank them enough for all their help! They were able to do all of this under a strict timeline, would recommend them to anyone!
Called company and spoke to receptionist. Explained I believed that I could have a water leak under the shingles. She explained that due to the snow they may need to wait to come look at it. I said I understood. She preceded to tell me she needed to speak to her salesman as to when he could come out and she would return my call that day. It’s now two weeks and no return call. Definitely unprofessional!
TC Backer was THOUSANDS less than other quotes I had on windows. I had Window Nation, Anderson, Homespire and Castle Windows give me quotes. TC Backer gave me the same quality window with a lifetime warranty and I saved 6,000.00 to 16,000.00 over the other company’s. I love TC Backer does not use sub contractors all employed are employees of the company! Thank you so much!
