Hales is more than a store; it is truly a relationship with people helping others. Thoroughly Impressed!! More than a Hardware store. Hales should market their outdoors sports portion of the store in greater fashion. The friendly & professional staff in the archery department was incredible. They did more than big box stores and more than the manufacturer. Hales has invested in their people and it shows. Highly Recommend.

maybe UPS should update this store so that returns can be done with scanning the code. That way this store wouldn't be on the poor side of reviews. And maybe the staff could be a little friendlier. Don't like your job, find another.
Little bit of everything! Helpful staff. A little pricey but I expect that from a small town hardware store. I bet the owner works there and lives close by.
