Horrible. They came out for an estimate, we discussed what we wanted done. When I called the office to say certain parts of the yard weren't done, they initially said it was too wet to do anymore. I asked to talk to the guy who came out for the estimate as to why part of the yard wasn't done and he said that's not what we talked about. Normally I would chalk this up to a misunderstanding somewhere, maybe a language barrier as I don't think English was his first language, however, instead of discussing this like a normal person he starts screaming, truly screaming at me that he's not going to do anymore service and to find someone else. Really?? I said this is how you speak to a customer because I'm questioning why the work wasn't done? He wouldn't stop screaming so I hung up. This man has a horrible temper that erupted because I disagreed with what we had talked about....scary behavior really....
I think they are just using a fake address I called today to make an appointment at Barrington and they emailed me back that they don’t service my area
