Awesome dive with Down Under Dive Shop. My husband, son, and I dove with them 9/07/2019, it was a self guided dive to the New Venture. The crew - Captain Bert, dive master Shannon, and boat hand Derek were exceptional. Bert gave us a run down of the boat (safety protocols..etc), Shannon prepared us for our dive - descending and ascending along the lead rope that she would secure to ship for us, as well as advising us about currents and what to do if we get caught in one. She was a wealth of information and tips. She and Derek assisted us in and out of the water, changed our bottles between dives, and even rinsed our gear when we were done. Everyone was very professional but personable. Couldn't have asked for a better dive, only draw back is you need several dives to see all of this HUGE ship. Emerald green waters, 50ft visibility, lots of fish, and sea life. We'll be back to dive with them again!! Thanks for the awesome experience!

Been on two dives and in store several times for fills, browse and local advice. Exceptionally helpful on the boat and in-store. Did excellent job patiently and proactively helping me overcome in-water difficulties in order to make a dive I was about to scratch for my son and I. Very helpful shore spearfishing advice.
