Horrible directions to Covid vaccine center. Pull in Main entrance go to front door-doors are locked. Go to another entrance and was told to go to another building. Drive around a big complex of buildings. Finally found Covid Vaccine with vaccine center with the sign out front. You think they would be able to put more Covid vaccine signs with this big of a complex. But no. I guess they make too much money. My wife went in for appointment was told to wait till her assigned time .Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else like Rush or Northwest Medicine. They do a great job!

In November 19, 2017, I was involved in a serious accident while working. I ended up in a coma for 8 days. This hospital not only saved my life, but helped me and my wife to get me well enough to go back home to continue my recovery. The doctors were professional and the nurses were humorous and enlightening in my recovery. I was only given a 5% chance to live. Thank you for your great job to saving my life.

The operating lady taking calls on December 1st 2021 at 11:15 pm sounds very condescending and rude. I was ask for a nursing station number where my father’s at (because they were busy earlier and I wanted call later since no one was picking up) and she has the audacity to say it’s the same number you called except these last 4 numbers and it’s shift change ... I went on googled search Good Samaritan and clicked on the number on the site... geez lady can’t you just tell me the full number instead of being a b*** about it. Learn to be a bit respectful during these times ... well operating lady... I know nurses work 12 hours shifts shift change is usually at 7p-7a....at times there can be a shift change at 11pm but you don’t have to sound so rude about it

Treat your patients better. Black mothers matter to. I hope that things change here with giving birth . The nurses need to be courteous and treat those fairly not based on race.

The care is good. However, THEIR BILLING PROCEDURES GO BACK TO THE 1800's!!! INSTEAD OF RECEIVING A COMPLETE BILL IN A TIMELY FASHION TO EITHER YOU OR YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY, YOU GET BILLS 9 MONTHS, 11 MONTHS 12 MONTHS LATER, OR NEVER RECEIVING THEM AT ALL. You then receive phone calls telling you the ones you didn't receive are now in the hands of a collection agency. Good Samaritan(?) how about giving all your Departments a code then each department can send their total bill to the head billing department where they total a complete and final bill!! This bill would then be sent to the Insurance Company where it would be paid. The patient could then receive ONE (1) bill and pay it or ask for a payment plan if need be!! I know, this makes TOO MUCH SENSE!! STOP YOUR ARCHAIC(!) BILLING PROCEDURES AND ENTER THE 21ST CENTURY!! YOUR BILLING DEPARTMENT NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL!! I WILL NEVER, NEVER COME TO YOUR HOSPITAL AGAIN!!! WHETHER IT'S A HANG NAIL OR LIMB LOSS, I'D CRAWL OR THUMB TO THE NEXT NEAREST FACILITY THEN HAVE TO EVER (!) DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
