The driver was completely incompetent and rude. He didn’t ask for my destination so I assumed he knew where he was driving me, especially since another taxi service I took that same morning already knew what my destination was. It wasn’t until he was aimlessly driving for 15 minutes that he informed me he didn’t know my destination. He then threatened to drop me off at a random gas station. I called the taxi company and told John the situation. John was extremely rude and proceeded to give me an attitude and completely blame the entire problem on me, instead of calmly discussing the way that the company does its service. When I proceeded to tell him that I didn’t like his tone, he then hung up on me. The cab driver threatened to call the police on me for not giving him money for dropping me off a random gas station. When I asked him to take me to my destination, he told me to show him the money first and demanded that I pay upfront, which is NOT how taxi services work. And, this cab company charged me TWICE as much as an Uber would’ve cost (only reason I didn’t use Uber is I had to pay cash and Uber does card only). Overall, awful experience — I will never be using this cab company again and I will definitely NOT recommend. If I could NOT give any stars, I would, this company doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating.

Nice customer service! Called and got a cab quick!!
Driver was amazing! Picked me up early and got me where I needed early! Extremely friendly and very knowledgable! Company is owned and operated by veterans! Clean can too, would definitely recommend!
