Ordered a classy and reasonably-priced book cart for my room from these folks. They were friendly and helpful when I contacted them at the last minute requesting a change to my order (annoying of me, I know!). The cart seems sturdy and I look forward to no longer having to dig through vertical piles of books for what I need.
I wish I can give this store a negative star because the owner is very dishonest and rude. my whole experience is like a scam. I wish everybody read my review first before you decide to make purchase from him. I want to buy tile from him and he said he prefer payment by zelle and gave me a phone number I can send payment to. And I did, when I picked up the tile, he said he didn't receive the payment, I showed him the text message which contains the phone number linked with his zelle and my payment screenshot, he said he by mistake sent me wrong number so I can't give me the tile... I asked him what to do, it is his mistake that I sent payment to a stranger, he said nothing he can do, I have to talk to the stranger to get money back, of course, that stranger refused to send money back .. it is a scam, I will never do business again with a person who is dishonest. I saved all the screenshot of the message from him.
Be careful with this owner, he will ask you to pay by zelle because credit card will charge fee, and then tell you somehow he didn’t receive any payment or the zelle didn’t go through, you will be asked to pay by credit card, couple of days later, the zelle payment went through On your account and also the credit card, if you want to contact the owner to get money back, good luck! It is a scam.
Do not order from this company! They did not advertise the logo properly. I asked for a refund and they only concern was they cannot sell the product not providing the rightful product. They are a rip off.
