Literally just started ice skating and rapidly figured out my current skates were not enhancing my experience or skills. Decided to go visit this shop spur of the moment. I didn’t have an appointment but John listened to all my concerns, took the time to measure me, answered my many questions, and found me a brand and type of boot skate that worked for me instead of getting a custom skate (i.e. saved me a lot of money!). While I was there I actually met GR H (the woman who drives from all the way from Michigan to do business at Geppettos - she was super friendly and helpful too! Fantastic customer service - fun and friendly but THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF!!! They’ve got my business and recommendations from now on!!! Thank you!!!
