My initial experience was positive and Mike the store manager was helpful and answered all our questions. He steered us to the Horizon treadmill though (produced by parent company Johnson), which is where things ultimately went downhill. I ordered my Horizon 7.8 treadmill (their top of the line model) in late December and waited a few weeks to get delivered in early January. Soon after getting set up, the incline function stopped working. I waited 3 weeks before Horizon responded to my request for service, another 2 weeks before the servicing company could schedule my service, another 2 weeks for Horizon to ship replacement parts, and now another 5 weeks for the servicing company to come back a second time. All told, I paid 2000 for a brand new treadmill that has not worked for 3 months. I know this is not solely the Johnson Fitness Store's fault, but they steered me toward a product that had low quality (broken from the get-go), and a brand with poor service (3 months waiting for warranty to be upheld), so I unfortunately cannot recommend that anyone use this store's services.
