Jessica was amazing. I couldn’t find my cats food at any other petco which is an issue itself. Luckily I found some fresh pet vital grains sausage rolls here and Jessica told me I could purchase them online and pick them up within 5 days. She was very empathetic to my cat needing her food and my stress in not being able to find it anywhere. My cat Millie is eating and I’m thankful for Jessica’s help!

I take my dog Daisy to Petco 2B groomed by Amanda about every six weeks. She is fantastic always takes great care of my baby. I recommend her to anyone who loves their dog as much as I do!

5 stars, fantastic experience. I'd been on the lookout for a specific fish, but my local fish stores have been having a difficult time getting stock of. Queue in the Petco in Darien! I called ahead and talked to one of the associates (Melissa) who confirmed they had what I was looking for and she definitely mirrored the excitement that I had. Upon entering, I was immediately assisted by Melissa who already knew what I was looking for! I noticed while I was looking around, the tanks were well taken care of and stocked well (there was some other fish they had that I know other stores have a hard time stocking right now) and Melissa made a point of mentioning how they work hard to keep everything 100%, which I agree they do! I was set to checkout and Sue rang me up and we had a good conversation (especially about the blizzard that was raging at the time) that so much so, I asked for my receipt and she pointed out I already put it in my pocket! Short of the long, they had a nice clean store, a good in stock selection, and fantastic people that were the icing on the cake!
People are helpful here but always a line to check out. Usually only 1 register is open. Very frustrating
