High praise for this company and their employees. I received excellent service from start to finish with a 'finished' basement water seepage problem. From my first contact with Alex, who showed up within the hour on a Saturday to Marie who coordinated all the work I needed to mitigate the damage to Gio and Rigoberto to restore and rebuild my basement. There was no detail that escaped them from drywall work to carpet restoration to painting, they all went above and beyond. Exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. After our hail storm in Wheaton a few months ago, the scammers came through in force. After one of them told me our roof needed to be completely replaced, I called our insurance agent, Paul Schuwerk, and asked for a recommendation. He gave me your company name, Romexterra, and Alex Duta's name. In a day or two Alex was out here, inspected the roof and said we had no damage. I asked if he could remove the two tv dishes on the roof, and he promised he would do it. He asked his colleague Charlie to do the job, and he came today and did an excellent job, even taking the dishes away with him. I am so pleased with their work and the special attention both Alex and Charlie gave us. And they both were very pleasant to work with.
I am in Plano Illinois had a faulty water supply valve to my new refrigerator. Called Romexterra and the mitigation crew, Jose,arrived within a few hours (from Addison). Did an awesome job cleaning up and drying out both kitchen and downstairs bedroom. Next was reconstruction team lead by Jim Pilcher. Jim was as blessing to me, “held my hand” through complete project. All work is totally satisfying and would recommend Romexterra to everyone in need. Thank you to all involved..
