Russ Wholesale Flowers was extremely reliable! I had flowers shipped all the way to California on Christmas eve and they were perfect. I ordered baby's breath, roses, hydrangeas, and snapdragons for my wedding. Absolutely beautiful! They opened beautifully for the wedding three days after arrival and lasted for over a week after! Thank you Russ!

I am a side florist and have ordered from Russ for the past year. He is very easy to work with and very personable. This order was by far the best quality of flowers I have ever received! The shipping was speedy. Russ had to substitute for a few flowers due to availability or poor quality and I am so happy with the choices he made. The best bang for your buck!
I love Russ Wholesale Flowers. Great price. Great service. Flowers came as stated in a timely fashion. They were in great condition. And Russ and company are awesome to work with. Very personable. This is our second year working with them and we will be using them again.
Russ came through for me when I was in a last minute bind. He provided wonderful, responsive and reassuring customer service, and the flowers he delivered were beautiful. When a local florist botched my order, I left an evening message for Russ, hoping he could help me with hard to find flowers for next day delivery. Russ called me back first thing in the morning, asked questions and provided plenty of details to make sure I would get exactly what I needed. He worked with multiple distributors to make sure I got the best quality product, and he had my order on its way within 2.5 hours of our initial phone call. My flowers arrived at 9 am the next day, with plenty of time to recover from travel for my evening event. I’m so glad I called Russ, and I’ll definitely be working with him again!
TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! I ordered AND paid for silk flowers nearly a month ago that should have been here by now, but haven't heard a thing since placing the order and they took my money. I called their phone numbers (during business hours), and one has been disconnected and the other went right to another phone's voicemail. Buyer and Brides beware! If I could give them no stars, I would!! Just hoping they make this right.
I took care of the flowers for a friend's wedding and Russ was extremely accommodating to a ridiculous amount of manipulations to our order. He was super flexible, and made great suggestions for planning on a tight budget. Would definitely recommend him to other friends! -christa
This company has been a joke to deal with since I received my product. The flowers that we received looked nothing like they did in the pictures on their website. We sent the flowers back to Russ Wholesale 2 days after receiving them. The owner was very rude on the phone they charged us 43.45 to ship a small boxes of flowers 1 state and when we shipped them back it was only 14.50 when we asked the owner why he charged us so much for shipping when it obviously didnt cost that much his response was that "he had to eat to." After multiple phone calls and he e-mail a month and half later AFTER he received the product back I finally received a refund check. His website states they have a 20 percent restocking fee on all returned products but instead he only refunded me 20 percent of what I paid for the flowers and I then still had to pay for shipping both ways. What a great way to do business steal from people to "put food on his table"
My wife and I enjoyed having Russ be the florist for our wedding. We live in Naperville, so Wheaton was right in the next town. He had a great personality and his prices were better than the two florists we talked to as well...995.00 to be exact lol. They looked great on our wedding day and even did when we came back from our honeymoon...my wife had many of them in water and took his advice on how to keep them going. Would definitely recommend Russ for anyone looking to wedding flowers in the suburbs.
