We purchased our order through the mobile app, when we went to notify the employees. They claimed that they did not even realize there was an online order. We waited for 15 minutes for them to give us our pretzels that were already made. So we waited for no reason, the employees were extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend.

Friendly service and delicious food.
Rude staff. I came with my sister to get a pretzel. She’s a bit shy so I ordered hers for her because they looked burned and she wanted one that was a little less burnt looking, when I ordered it I specifically asked for a certain one she proceeded to grab the other one and I asked again if she could give me the one I wanted and she rolled her eyes at me and said they were made at the same time I said I understand but we want one that’s not as well done looking and she just sighed. By the way this lady was a shift manager named Alyssa.
If I could leave zero stars I would. I never leave reviews, but felt like I had too. I went to order a pretzel with my sister and the pretzels were over cooked. My sister asked politely if she can have the one next to it. The shift manager Alyssa replied with an attitude stating” they came out at the same time” rolling her eyes. Completely unprofessional and rude, and coming from a shift manager. Next time I will take my business to Wetzel Preztels.
Extremely rude staff! There's this girl "Beth" or something close to that name, aways with an attitude! Personally me, I love Auntie Aunne's, but won't be going back after that incident with her!
The Pretzel was good and all, but I just prefer Wetzel's Pretzels better.
the pretzels are good. but the store is whatever, the store in general is pretty gross. i go there often cuz it easy to get a quick snack, but ive been going to other places now. i remember i overheard the workers talk about how there are cockroaches in the drains. and there's this one really big girl who's always unnecessarily yelling cuz she just playing around.
Pretzel pizza with the marinara sauce is good.
