United Sports hosted my grand twins birthday party. It was an excellent experience. The Welcome/Information Desk was so helpful as we arrived to set up our Party Room. The televisions even had the kids names scrolling on the screen with a Happy Birthday Wish! They loved it and felt special! The Party Manager, Miss Sam, was extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. Her other Party Assistants, Aubrey and Ally, helped wrangle the kids to the Jump Houses, Parachute and Jump Rope event, then into the Party Room for food and festivities. The Party Assistants all helped serve the food (pizza, chicken tenders, cake, ice cream and drinks) and organize the unfolding of events, and they cleaned up the whole room in a jiffy. Only bummer of the whole day was we didn't have/allow enough time for the grand twins to unwrap their presents, so no one got to see what they received, and missed their reactions as they unwrapped each gift. It was too late when I had thought to ask if we could've paid more to extend the room time. Won't let that happen again. The Check Out Assistant at the Welcome Desk helped me pay the bill with ease and was also very helpful and kind. I know there are a lot of different events going on in this place at the same time, and we all have very different experiences, but I can honestly say that our entire day there, from beginning to end, and every interaction with the United Sports staff was pleasant. Excellent and hope to return again! Thank you and keep up the good work. PS: I need to add that there were NO tears, fights or upsets! So the Party Team (Miss Sam, Aubrey and Ally) did a superior job of keeping all the kids, ranging in ages from 2 years old to 11 years old very busy and happy. BRAVO ladies, well done!

This establishment is a great place to play indoor sports. Very clean place to play. Price is much better here then anywhere else I have tried. Very friendly staff aswell.

The USTC league staff is disorganized and routinely does not communicate in a timely manner. The start of each season our family has been apart of has been the management of the league degrade. It costs a great deal of money and they seem to take that for granted. If there were another league for kids to play football we would certainly seek it out.

People are consistently parked in the loading area in front of the front doors. Often they are so backed up that they spill into the single-lane roadways that you have to use to get out of the facility. This isn't a parking problem. There is plenty of parking here. People are just selfish enough to park on the crosswalk for 20 minutes or longer. Rather than walk 150 yards to the entrance. I've spoken with the staff here and they refuse to do anything about this problem, despite the safety issue. They've made improvements to the building recently which are quite nice. Sadly, they have evidently signed an exclusivity agreement with Pepsi, so if you ever want a Coke product you are out of luck. The vending machines are consistently broken or in the process of failing. The sports related services offered here are great, just be sure to take extra care with your kids in the parking lot and if your tempted to park in front of the entrance consider if the small convenience you'll gain is worth creating the confusion and traffic jams which puts everyone walking from the parking lot in danger. Edit: I've added some pictures of a pretty typical jam caused by people who have come to believe that the loading zone is their personal parking area. That is a trip of people standing outside their cars for a chat instead of clearing out and parking.
