Ok so i booked an appointment on their online portal, i confirmed via the email the previous day but the day of i have acne so i tried to call and confirm the situation on if i should come in or not and the lady talking to me is only concerned about their 30 cancellation fee. Shes not even listening, she saying the girl is good, jus come in and she may reschedule. Im coming from NJ im not coming there for her to waste my time just to avoid the fee. Im trying to explain to her it's not about the money it's my time. She knows nothing she's just stressing the fee. I was never an existing customer and i will never be. Ill go to a more professional spa to do my treatment. Cost isnt my concern i just want a well done job and good customer service.

This people has been re schedule my appointments twice already with very poor excuses, they don’t speech English very well either so it’s hard to understand then over the phone... I will not try to make another appointment again I do have a very busy week like everyone!

I was scheduled to come on a Thursday. I got a text the day before confirming my appointment. When I came no one was there so I called and was told they werent working on Thursday. When I told them I was scheduled and confirmed the day before, the woman on the phone kept cutting me off, making excuses, then she finally fell silent on the phone and pretended she didnt hear me before she hung up on me. Pretty unprofessional and frankly, a little weird.

Tatiana is very good professional. Booked another appointment for colonic. Feels great after the treatment. I was 15 minutes late due to train delays but Tatiana was very polite and explained to me all the stages of procedure

I wouldn't recommend based on my experiences. I've had two scheduled appointments with the last being today (8.30.19). After several confirmations, I arrived as scheduled and no one was present. No one answered the phones then it appeared to be sent to vm after my 4th telephone attempt. There was no doorbell and no responses to my incessant knocking. I will not make other attempts! I haven't heard anything positive from others but wanted to give it a try personally. This spot definitely confirmed the negative feedback that I received. Should you try as I did (benefit of the doubt), I truly hope that your experiences were better than mine!
