Despite this being a place that had to email tenants about HUMAN FECES AND URINE in the INDOOR trash bins, they also raised rates during a pandemic with millions out of work. Honestly so selfishly unacceptable. Ever since they switched from CubeSmart, it's been a clear vibe of money grubbing. I highly suggest you look elsewhere. I'll be moving my things when I can secure a truck to do so.

If in need of a notary and you need legal docs signed off Ms. Jessica the onsite manager is your gal she is legally licensed in the state of California to perform various types of legal help in regards to notary needs. The owner Neil an incredible property manager who overseas multiple locations including there new store opening in Sacramento CA, coming soon., Ms. Alex the storage Office Assistant is awsome hard working and respectful as are all the staff staffed @ this location. So if your looking look no further and come secure one of there units and or mail box. You will be treat well here and respected. I'VE BEEN A CLIENT FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND HAVE SEEN THIS PLACE GO FROM ONE OWNER-OPERATOR TO ANOTHER, AND BACK AGAIN. THEY FINALLY GOT RID OF ALL THE HOMELESS PEOPLE THAT INUNDATED THE PREMISES ON & OFF PROPERTY. ALTHOUGH, ANDREA WAS ONE OF THE BEST EMPLOYEES THAT I'VE ENCOUNTERED THERE, SHE'S GONE BUT THE NEW PEOPLE ARE INCREDIBLE ALSO. BEST RATES IN THE VALLEY FOR CLIMATE CONTROLLED STORAGE !!! I'LL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

The owner and Andrea are wonderful friendly and truly do care. They have a new manager Jessica that is not very friendly at all. When I asked to have the owner contact me I was told that he is out of town and when I asked when Andrea is there she stated that she does not know basically she is the only one to assist not impressed
I was extremely pleased with the friendly service and attention besides the overwhelming help I received! I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with the Manager!! What I needed was met with a positive response and I walked away feeling very happy!
It's a perfect place to store your stuff it cold in the summer
