Love the small town vibe this place has. It’s like stepping back into my childhood when times were simpler. The ladies inside are very sweet and helpful and they have an amazing selection of fabrics, equipment and resources. I’ve never left empty handed!

I came to Byrne Sewing Connection for the 1st time only a month ago to take the Basic Sewing class, even though I have some experience. They have suggested projects for me to work on, but I came in with my own projects... and they were fine with that. The people who work here are so nice and very happy to help out on whatever sewing project(s) you are doing. They also teach quilting and anything (sewing) you want to learn. I Love this place and feel right at home.
I love Byrne sewing connection! I recently bought a juki 2020pe, I have always been a Bernina girl... and decided it was time for a change. This is the 7th sewing machine and 2 vacuum cleaners’ over a 30 year spanI from Debbie Byrne. The customer service is beyond any exceptions you could have! 5 years ago I moved to South Carolina and at any time can call and speak with Debbie or any of her staff! The juki was shipped at me, and had an issue with the foot pedal, after face timing with Debbie we were able to trouble shot the issue, a new machine was then shipped to me with in 3 days that was perfect! Another face time session with Jess and Debbie and the first machine was shipped back! Debbie Byrne has always been my go to bernina/sewing/vacuum girl! She even shared with me a great store her friend owns in NC, and we I went there, they were just as amazing! When you connect with anyone at Byrnes your feel like a lifetime friend! Thank you Byrnes for always standing behind your products, excellent customer service and shipping to me down in SC!
They charged a wild amount of money and then sent the machine back still broken. Just skip it.
