They never call back, they cancel appointments all the time, left so many messages and never got called back unless I kept calling them. Harder to get an appointment there than anywhere else although my son is their patient for a couple of months now, the only reason we did not leave is my son. Very unprofessional and not caring at all , my son deserves better. This is the worse experience we had with a therapist

I’ve been coming here for over a month and when I tell you my therapist Lauren is the absolute best. She actually listens to me and allow me to see my own wrong doing. She doesn’t try to shove pills down my throat like most therapist do. If you ask me she doesn’t get paid enough for what she does which a crying shame. Lauren and the lady who is in charge of billing are professional and very caring. For anyone who is deciding to receive mental health services choose Lauren, I promise you won’t regret it. P.S IF LAUREN LEAVES IM GOING WITH HER️

DQS Healthcare Group has had a very positive impact on me. The staff is wonderful they treat everyone like family. That is the type of environment needed when dealing with any issue. Dr. Sheafe has been a blessing in more ways than one. I love that every time I am there Dr. Sheafe greets me with a smile and a hug, that is one of the best feelings when you are having a bad day. I would highly recommend this agency for anyone dealing with issues and looking for a family environment.
