Dr. Dorfman and all his staff are so professional and kind to us. He's gentle and attentive with his patients, doing only what is needed and necessary. The office manager, Sennette is knowledgeable, accessible and very friendly, as well as her support staff, Sandy and Christina. It's like coming home if you can imagine that!

4 stars all the way. First time patient here and I am so glad to have discovered this place. I had a deep cleaning, a filling and inquired about Misaligned. Dr. K was gentle and made sure I wasn't in any pain. The deep cleaning was easy and so was the filling. They really do put a lot of thought into making you feel comfortable. As someone that absolutely hates going to the dentist, I can say that this is hands down the most pleasant dentist experience I've ever had.

I had my initial appointment with Dr Dorfman. It went great! Told me everything I wanted to hear to fix my teeth. I was sold. Came back for my next appointment and I never saw him again. I was actually assigned to another dentist in another smaller office in the same building. Kind of made me feel like I didn’t fit the image they were looking for to have sitting in their waiting room. Anyway, kept going to my appointments in the smaller office until the end. I received my retainer that didn’t fit so she made it fit with some adjustments and said they would make me a new one. When I asked about the other procedures Dr Dorfman and I had discussed at our initial appointment, she said that was extra. That was NOT made clear to me. Dr. Dorfman wrote out all the procedures on a pice of paper with a total amount and handed it to me. When I brought this up to them, it made no difference. They would not honor it.

If you’re nervous about visiting a dentist, Dr Bill Is the person you need to see. He’s extremely talented but more importantly, makes you feel at ease in his office. Would highly recommend to anyone who’s searching for a new dental office in Los Angeles. 10/10
