Dr. Octavio has been instrumental in helping me “tune up” my body, as well as relieve pain that has been caused by stress. Her gentle manner, practical approach, and dogged determination to solve these issues, have helped me immensely. She is a thoughtful teacher, as well, sharing skills that have helped me navigate through, and adapt to, sheltering in place. I whole-heartedly recommend her!

Due to an emergency, I had to cancel my appointment. I gave her a notice 24 hours in advance, called her and texted her, and explained my situation. She never responded and the next day just charged 240 off my account (with no warning). I kindly asked her for a refund, or maybe just a penalty fee instead of the full amount. She refused. Never going back.
I've been seeing Giulietta periodically to get acupuncture (tinnitus, back pain, nerve damage) for over a decade. I always leave the sessions clearly feeling the positive effects of the treatments. As long as you don't crowd out my appointments, I highly recommend her.
