Dr. Attar is thorough, attentive and caring in his approach to health issues. I have felt listened to, cared for and respected when I talk about my autoimmune and gut issues. Labs, supplements, medication, diet and lifestyle interventions have been so helpful and empowering. I no longer suffer daily with pain and inflammation. For anyone out there hesitant to reach out, don't. Your health is worth it!

If I could give Dr. Attar a 10-star review, I would. He helped me so much; I can't thank him enough. He really does care about his patients and truly wants to help them. I went to so many medical doctors to help me with my medical problem, but it was Dr. Attar who listened to me and figured it out. So much of the problem was certain foods I was eating. In the end, I not only felt so much better, I lost weight too. I can't recommend Dr. Attar enough. You won't be disappointment.

Unlike most practitioners in the field, NDs included, Dr. Attar truly qualifies himself as a doctor. He is thorough in discussing all aspects of your health, leaving no details unchecked. While the fee may be holding some back, it is worth every penny. You could go to your suggested PCP doc for a minimal co-pay but, you will never receive the same value of care offered by Dr. Attar. He takes the time to give you his full attention. It is clear while conversing that he is actually thinking on the topics you are discussing rather than giving you template, protocol answers to your concerns. My initial visit was a near two hours and resolved more issues than I had questions to. For those trying ‘alternative’ diets, he is a practicing carnivore and you cannot ask for more than that in this era of ‘fat-free’.

After my diagnosis I began to look online for information about diabetes. Then I found Dr.Attar from a blog he published in regard to some time he spent with Dr.Bernstein. Just a few conversations with him has taught me more about diabetes than any of the previous endocrinologists I have spoken to. As a type 1 himself, he truly understand the common complications that accompanies diabetes and more importantly, how to mitigate them. I highly recommend this clinic if you are diabetic of any type.
