I just tried three times to make an appointment and the call could not go through. I'm not sure what is wrong with your phone system. This is the 21st century. Maybe you should look at making appointments on line.

The office is extremely clean. Alex was welcoming and prompt with paperwork and curteous and professional while providing medical care. Dr. Mummadi was prompt, understanding and knowledgeable. She addressed all of my concerns and made me feel like I was welcome in her practice. I would definitely recommend her to any patient looking for a great PCP.

Horrible Experience. We only visited her twice and we will never go again. The staff never picks up or returns the call. We went to the doctor for annual physical and the tests she suggested was not covered by insurance. I specifically asked her to include only the tests which are covered by insurance. On top of that, her staff will never pick up or return call. They have serious billing issues and don't address anything even after multiple visits and calls. They don't care for their patients at all. NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR

I highly recommend Dr Mummadi for the patients in Frisco and Plano area. She took care of me extremely well and responded back whenever i need her.She treated me well for the issue that i am suffering from past few years where other doctors did not took that much serious eventhough i explained them what i am going through.Because of Mummadi's treatment i am back to my normal routine and able to enjoy the work that i am doing.Her office staff Alex is very co-ordinative and responded well whenever i had to call office.This covid season is really tough for everyone .Dr Mummadi and her staff are doing their best by maintaining all covid-19 restrictions in place at their office.
