Sales staff are great people! They always have what I need

Web-site is not useful at all, and then when you get an item that just doesn't fit. They already over charge for shipping, and do not do return shipments. On top of having to pay for the return shipping, they charge a re-stocking fee. Maybe they are better in-store, but on-line, this store is a bust.... Got to take the effort for cheaper shipping, and better care of the customer. I was planning to return and re-order the next size down that fit.
