If you are a grad student that likes/needs it quiet, I would not recommend living here. The walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbor’s conversations through the walls while I’m reading/sleeping. They do not separate undergrads and grad students so you could end up living next to loud college kids who throw parties on Tuesday nights with no option to switch to a different room. (I was kept up till 3am the night of my law final). If noise doesn’t bother you, this place is a convenient, modern, community-centered apartment with great amenities. 3 minute walk to campus. Near a Subway/McDonald’s/Drake Dining. Safe area.

Drake West has completely been unwilling to assist students in any way during covid time. Unreal.

Great place to live. Response time to any problems is great. We had some problems with our dishwasher and our tv and someone was there the same day to fix it. Right across from campus so it's super convenient.

Drake West Village is the BEST place to live for a college student, especially those transitioning from the dorms. It's very safe, clean, and right across from school. Food options and the freeway are easily accessible from here. There's 24hr staff available and they are GREAT! Very nice people and always ready to help! I'm so glad I chose to live in West Village!

I have lived here since the end of May and I can honestly say the living here has been the best choice. I am less than a ten minute walk to class so I don't have to worry about driving to class and trying to find a parking spot. I am also so close to everything that I need for cheer like practice facilities, weight room and the stadium. I also feel safe knowing that not just anyone can walk into the building.
