Just found out this exists after living here for two years. Saw Newsies. What an amazing production. I can't wait to see more shows. The meeting is nice levels that are easy to sets chairs on and to see the stage.

This is a great venue nestled in the mountains with a beautiful view of the valley. It gets cold in the evening, so be sure to bring plenty of blankets (plus some pillows to prop yourself up against the brick; it is tiered seating so there is plenty of space to rest your back against). Also, don’t forget bug spray—I did and got several mosquito/bug bites. Besides this, it was the perfect place to go for a great show and a beautiful evening.

Has stuff accidentally there that works really well for parkour practice.

Draper amphitheatre is an amazing place. I've done a few plays here and they were great experiences. The best part is it's an outdoor theatre. You have a great view and the sunsets are greats. But a camping chair and/or a blanket to sit on

Really great summer show venue! Terraced perfectly so it doesn't matter whether you're in a chair or a blanket. Good view from wherever you sit. Left a star off for the sun being in my eyes until it went down in the Western sky.

Parking is tough and if you buy tickets on the top tier - be ready for a climb. It gets chilly at night, but the grass is nice to sit on and a lawn chair is perfect for the shows. It's a beautiful venue and the talent is great!
