The actual work that they did was great but the communication was poor. We would call and the person would say that they would follow up or pass along a message or submit something to the insurance, later to find out that nothing had been done. It wasn’t until out car had been in their shop for a week and a half before they actually called the insurance for us. This whole experience between the insurance company and the body shop was super poor. Again, that said, the work they did on our car was amazing and they returned our car super clean both inside and out. It was a nice surprise to see the inside cleaned as nice as it was.

I'm so happy that I took my car to the shop. I had an accident on I-15 and the insurance of the driver accepted liability buy they kept on delaying my process. When I went to the Karl Malone's body and paint, I was helped by Aleks and Ken, terrific guys!!! Because of them, the insurance company gave me a loaner and also they rush the process to fix my car. The staff is friendly and helpful from the moment you open the door. I fully recommend this shop because they are certified to work with Toyota and other brands, they know what they are doing and they will fix the car the way is suppose to, don't take your car to any shop because many of them just put make up on the cars but the work performed will not last long.... I can't thank Ellen and her team enough for their help with my Land Cruiser. They were FANTASTIC! She/they got me in for an estimate the day I wrecked it, coordinated my rental car and insurance coverage, then kept me updated every step of the way. I hate to admit this but I have a ton of experience needing body and paint work, and I will never go anywhere else. I am truly impressed with their level of customer service, and would recommend to anyone. Thank you guys so much!!

If you ever want a nice new and well kept rental vehicle; look no further! Toyota-Rent-A-Car is a fantastic program. I actually haven't used their body shop yet, but whenever I am in need of an extra vehicle, I come here first. Tori, their rental car expert, is an absolute pleasure to work with. She remembers her customers, and she treats everyone really well. All of their cars are well detailed, and I love coming here for all of my rental car needs. Excellent customer service with a great product/service to offer! 100% recommended :) Photos pictured below are the very vehicles that I have personally rented from them. As you can see, top of the line Toyotas in perfect condition.

Recklessly Arrogant

So I took my car in to get serviced because I had hit some debris on the road. I got the car back after they charged my insurance 3K dollars and it’s probably some of the worse paint work I have ever seen. I probably could have done a better job with a rattle can. They also stepped on my seats and left foot prints on them. They also left paint runs and over spray all over my jams and trunk. They also left interior panels popped out. How is this even a Toyota certified collision center ? Who approved the work? Definitely don’t come here I’ve been here twice and only came back because I needed them to uphold they’re warranty work because the paint was bubbling. Worst experience ever.
