Dropped my bike off to get new tires installed from the service dept. Was told it would be completed Wednesday. Wednesday came and I didn't hear anything - made a call and was told it would be Thur/Fri now, but they would call me tomorrow and let me know. Thursday came and received no call. Called Friday morning and was told it should be completed. Received a call at 5pm telling me it was completed. Arrived to grab my bike and find out I was CHARGED nearly 500 for a tire change out. Mind you I bought and brought my own new tire set. Asked why it would be so much as I was quoted 150-200. Couldn't get a good answer from the service team. Receipt claims service for the front tire cost 193.50 and the rear cost 258.00 - will never be back here for a service. Can't tell me it takes an experienced tech nearly 4 hours to do a tire change out. Moto Station will be my new go-to

So many people were helpful, & kind, but Jimmy went above & beyond, even delivered my brand new Can Am on Christmas Eve (perfectly backed it into my garage for me) so I could surprise my husband!!! This place has gone downhill. Not sure if it's the new location or what. I was in hold for way too long two times in a row. Had to call back because i was forgotten about the first time. Just needed to know if they carried a simple part, must have been a low priority for them to actually help me.
