I called to have them look at my unit that wasn't working. Ended up needing a new unit all together (I was kind of expecting this from previous maintenance) they were straight forward about it and no messing around. They were up front about the cost which was cheaper than previous quotes I've gotten and the were able to get everything installed the next day. I'm thankful and impressed by the service and responsiveness.

We had an estimate of 1500 for a repair to our AC with a condenser coil (or something along those lines, I don't work with ACs!) and they came out and did it for 1200 with only one day notice to the problem. That means they were able to source the repair part, schedule a time, and show up within 16 hours of a notice and repair the unit in 3 hours. Great people, would highly recommend.
