Like I said to Dani, I love my new dread care specialist, you’re the best! I had given up on any one helping me get my hair back ;( it was bad! I was about to chop it all off, I wore my hair up for the past 3 months.... its become really expensive to keep blindly trusting people to do my hair! I’m SUPER happy with my locks Dani- no damage getting the bad ones out and redoing them, on my way to a beautiful new start, great advice, honest opinions. Good products. Treated like family here I love you girl, thank you so much for saving my locs!!

Hello, you just did my man hair. he was down there on business and decided to reach out to you for a retwist and I'll just like to say you really need to go back into training saweetie because this not it. You really could have let him known that you don't know how to do hair before you decided to charge him 150 for that amateur work you did. I can't stress enough how hard it is to find a good loctician in the IE who does ALL HAIR TYPES! I called around places that would tell me right away that they only do black hair and that they "could try and see how It comes out", my dreads were torn up by so many people before I came here! she saved my look, I was ready to cut my loss off and now they look better than I ever would have imagined possible after the monstrosity I went through. AMZAING WORK well worth time and money!
I had an appointment scheduled with Dreadzilla and she didn't show up. I tried calling, texting and she didn't answer. The worst was is that it was during rush hour so I drove an hour there and an hour back for nothing. I still haven't received any kind of response. When I initially tried to reach out to her to schedule my appointment and get a quote via text, I received no response. I then messaged one more time on social media and it turns out I had the the wrong number (the number which she gave me.) Even after that she was still hard to get ahold of. That should have been a red flag. I never received such terrible, unprofessional customer service without even actually having my scheduled appointment. If you don't want to book an appointment than don't book it. Don't waste your customers' time.
The stylist wasn't aat the location and she didn't call to let me know until almost a week after the appt.
