I have been to Drew's several times and they have been very helpful. They have even said I can get my warranty work done at their shop... Appreciate that very much. Had my car aligned and will have to see how that goes, if all stays good with it.

I'D STAY AWAY! I will never return. There's other shops in town. 1) They are argumentative and have zero customer service when they screw up 2) They left a mess of mounting lube on my tires and wheels and said it doesn't matter 3) They did not provide a printout for alignment, and made excuses about it. 4) They never called me after my car was finished 5) They botched the alignment job. I have to take it somewhere else to fix it So, according to them, it's ok to leave a mess on customer's tires and wheels, it's ok to not provide a printout of the alignment results Printouts are important for two main reasons: 1) You as a customer know that work was performed, and you'll have some knowledge about the car 2) If the alignment is off after the work, they can go back and use it as a baseline. They have no record of what the alignment was before the changes This is sloppy work.
I thought I needed new brake pads on my Passat. As with all new mechanic experiences, I was hesitant. When I went to pick it up, they told me I probably just had gravel/sand in between the brake pads and rotors. Brake pads were good at 60%. They inspected each one, cleaned them and sprayed the with brake cleaner. They could have EASILY just installed new brakes and I wouldn't have known the difference. I appreciate their honesty. I will def be back and highly recommend.
I recently had Drew's Pro Tire Guys put a new set of shoes on my Lamborghini. They are the most professional, courteous and honest shop crew in town.
Robert helped us figure out if our tires were OK after a case of low tire pressure. We couldn't tell if it was a flat or not but he provided insight and was very helpful
