Parking sucks and havnt had hot water for 2 months now. After about 5 minutes in turns icey cold
like
Roaches everywhere including outside..i have never seen huge black.roaches like.i have seen here!!.they crawl into your car from the parking lot.as well...in your kitchen and bathrooms! Also in the building hallways .. Noise! Nobody works around here only blast music all day and night! Some people have school and work to go to !!! they try to make u pay for.parking...really? And there is.no parking!! People are parking out on the roads... theres at least 2-3 families in 1 apartment so theres no space to park . And they want u to pay for a parking permit?? LOL A.C. does not work.correctly always hot in the apartment even if you turn it down to 60 which i dont reccomend because youe electric bill will be at least 200.00 dollars. ...NO Screens in the windows. Took me 3 months to get 1 for my balcony door...still waiting for my windows. Cant open the windows because no screens, i have to keep the a.c. running on warmer days!! Small groupmof kids outside leaving trash everywhere. They are very disrespectful cursing you out in spanish. They play in the buildings and leave trash everywhere in the buildings, not something you want your guest to see when you invite them over. Oh, and their bullies as well. No parent supervision and bully on the smaller ones. drunk men including maintence worker always drinking outside building C. I dont feel safe walking from the car to my building. The stove is gas ..and it barely works. Only 2 burners work the other 2 constantley stop working. Been here for 5months and im so ready to go. Cant wait for the contract to be over

Worst place ever Your got strangers coming from somewhere else and braking windows from apartments which hit people and the offic lady won’t do anything abou it so don’t don’t move to this apartments at all not recommend by me and I live in a-5
