I came in here not knowing what to expect, have never even done CrossFit before and everyone made me feel so welcomed. The coaches are all kind and are great at explaining the exercises. The other members are supportive as well. You really get a motivating atmosphere. There is ample equipment and I have seen variety in the workout of the day. You can tell the schedules were crafted to target different areas throughout the week. I used a Groupon for my first month and the registration process is super simple when you come on your first day. No previous training is required. All-in-all I am happy that this was the place I picked to start my journey.

Was in town for the holidays so decided to do a few drop ins. I tried three different CrossFit gyms in the greater Miami area and this one was by far the best. The coaches genuinely care, are extremely encouraging and knowledgeable about the movements and proper form, and the programming was great. The box in itself had the right kind of energy to keep you motivated and going. The members here are welcoming and bring the right vibe to make anyone feel at home. I was actually genuinely disappointed with myself that I hadn't discovered this place sooner. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a good CrossFit box when they're in town. I'll definitely be back.

This place and the people in it have changed my life! Not being dramatic here! It is a welcoming place where everyone is treated equally. The coaches and members are both top notch. During this pandemic I’ve had to limit my visits to this box, but everything I have learned I continue to apply in my persona box at home. The workouts are challenging and result driven and it is why I continue to be a member in addition to the great family environment and the great coaching. I highly recommend it!

DFCF is an amazing place. They treat you like family. The coaches are amazing and professional. My whole family goes there and we love it. Couldn't find a better crossfit gym. Very clean and safe environment.
