Highly recommended for fresh wet cleaning(No chemical), alterations. and more. I was hesitating when I went this place first time. Because I thought they were dry cleaning but they said they use wet cleaning. But when I heard wet cleaning is new cleaning method for garment without using chemical, I changed my mind. I let them clean my suits and some winter sweaters. After I pickup my stuff from this place I checked it, they came I so nice without old wired chemical smell. It smells fresh which I like. I research wet cleaning. I learned this wet cleaning is not only good for our health but also good for our environment. Let’s go green!!! Finally I found Professional Wet Cleaning place. Also, they do great tailoring & alterations too.

Over charged me..wouldn’t even discuss it with me.
I would give 0 if it was a possibility. They ruined the fur on a expensive coat and refuse to pay for the damage! Horrible customer service. He blames on the manufacturer, saying the instructions were incorrect, but I have sent this coat for them to wash many times before and never had a problem.
Fraud On Charges. The manager ran my bill on my card 3 times. Due to the chip the machine stated a failure. After checking my statement I saw that they did in fact collect my charge 3 times. The manager refused a refund for money wrongly collected. I had to have a bank contact them for refusal to return the money wrongfully collected. I was shocked at his disdain to resolve an issue he caused despite my polite demeanor. Petty theft.
They are hella expensive. However, my two jackets were clean.
