What a wonderful owner. If you are ever in need of dry ice, DRY ICE DEPOT is the place to go. We were in need of dry ice to mail a package to Florida and had no clue how to do it. We met the owner and he was so generous and helped us through the entire process. He was very friendly and happy to help. Good people still do exist. BTW... my dad enjoyed the fish. Thank you so much!

What a great place, run by great people!!! My box freezer crapped out on Christmas Eve. I reached other places that sell dry ice and are closer to my home, all declined my business because they were about to close for the holiday. Dry Ice Depot stands above the rest! The owner came back to the warehouse after closing just to sell me 30 worth of dry ice so my food didn’t spoil. We ended up having a 20 minute conversation when I picked it up, such a good guy. That’s what customer service is all about! Thank you!!!

Was supposed to be closed today, hooked us up anyway! Super nice guy, did my wife and I a solid with pellets at the main warehouse / factory when the retail store was out. These guys have my business from now on.
