Duane did some insurance work for us when we accidentally put a hole through the roof of our camp trailer. We highly recommend Duane and his work! He always answered the phone, did high quality work and was a pleasure to work with! You can’t even tell there was a repair done! We also had him done a couple cosmetic repairs on our dime and was very fair and reasonable on those prices! Great quality work!
While I believe Duane to be a very knowledgable RV guy. He is super slow and doesn't follow through on what he says. That bugs the hell out of me. He repaired damage caused by water on a fairly new RV that I bought from Paris RV. The RV should have never been sold that way. But, I didn't know it was damaged. Duane did the work. And, for the most part it is done correctly. Although, I still don't have running light on the right side. And, before he delivered it(it took over 6 months)he damaged the ladder on the side pulling it out of his shop. He has repeatedly told me he will fix it. He has never followed through, even though he has repeatedly said he would. I find that dishonest at best. Anyway, I have held off on this review. But, I now find it intolerable. So, I don't think I would use him again.
Duane is professional, honest and friendly, a rarity these days. We took our class A diesel pusher in for multiple repairs, and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly he got them done and also with how well he communicated with us along the way. The bill was fair and held no horrible surprises that have come to be the norm with most repair shops. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend his shop. After terrible experience's with other shops around here, I know we won't be taking our coach anywhere else.
I had to replace my skylight in my 5th wheel and he told me exactly how to do it and helped me with the proper tools and product to do it with . Thank you
Duane is fantastic!!! He helped me fix a toilet flange on my RV super fast. He is very knowledgeable and is so willing to help and get the job done right and get it done fast. Highly recommend this place!!!!
