Great to work with. Detailed oriented. Very personable. Talked me through what he did to my snowblower. When I told him I was still having issues, he tweaked it (no charge) and has it running well. Wants to make sure customer is satisfied. Also, he looked my snowblower over and put in new sheer pin even though that wasnt something I was even aware that I needed. I will definitely go back to him and recommend him to others.

We sent two things for him to fix for us. Did awesome job. Fix wagon steering and pontoon axle.
Owner is morally unethical. I do not recommend patronizing him with your business.

Both my neighbor and I had issues with our snow blowers, and of course, we didn't realize it until we needed them (like most typical homeowners). We delivered them to Dubay's and he told us when they would be ready as well as potentially what could be the problem. The day before he promised completion, he called and said they were ready to go. Even stating they would start on the first pull. Fantastic service from a great owner! Not only fixes them right, but advises you what to do (and not do) so you don't have problems again.
