Okay, changing to a five. The place's name is \HopTech\ and clearly focused for beer brewing, but they step up and do wine making supplies also. Also, they will order items if requested. On top of that, they are real nice and interesting people (probably the beer that makes them happy ;-) ) Old review: This would be a five if I was there for beer brewing, but I'm there for wine making. They try and do okay for wine, but don't cover all that I would like for wine making supplies.
