I have been visiting JAMS music ever since they opened their doors. John and his staff provide the customer service out of any store I've been to hands down. Brian is the man...... PERIOD! If you want the best set up on your guitar then Brian is your go to. He doesn't just do amazing set ups but is an artist when it comes to extreme fixes such as broken headstocks, regrets, electrical work... .ect All in all JAMS music is the best in the Bay Area!

Brian was able to restore my uncle's 1950's era Framus Archtop jazz guitar. He was able to salvage the main part of the original tail piece which I thought couldn't be done. Great job!

They had what I needed, a saxophone repair engineer, which has been difficult to find during these locked down periods of the pandemic. I also loved that he assessed that he could 'tune' the instrument to what I needed (to get back into an instrument that I had not used in 40 years), instead of spending a lot to get a perfect instrument where the difference would be something that I would not notice as a non - expert. I really appreciated this.
Cool little music store easily accessed off the 580/680. Friendly staff with a pretty good selection of guitars and musical instruments.
