Manager Kirstyn was friendly and very knowledgeable. I came in to get fitted for my friend’s wedding on a Monday evening. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Pickup is the Thursday before, and Kirstyn extended the return day to Monday since it’s prom season. Thank you President Tuxedo!

Kirstyn was super fun to work with and very informative whenever we had questions. We got ahead start on our planning and Kirstyn would check in every so often to make sure all the information was still correct. Cam, his groomsmen, and both of our Father's looked stunning on our special day! We would highly recommend President Tuxedo!
I can honestly say that my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff was easy to work with and didn’t add any stress to my plate during the wedding planning process. When the staff called me because the location I did my first consultation at closed, they were empathetic and offered to accommodate me and my groomsman for my traveling time, if I wished to still due business with them. They have gone above and beyond to meet me and my groomsman’s need and I appreciate everything they’ve done throughout this process from start to finish.
We used President Tuxedo for our June 2017 wedding and were very happy with the services provided! They were very flexible and accommodating when working with our groomsmen that were located throughout the state. Upon initial pick-up there were a few minor fit issues but President Tuxedo quickly corrected these issues in time for our wedding. The guys all looked great!
They are always so nice and helpful when I go in......definitely take the stress out of shopping for wedding attire!!

Everything was great initially! Got to 2 days before the wedding and a couple guys seems we’re busted and our ring bearers tux was the wrong color. Had to go back the next day to get the right one and to get the right tux, which was a little inconvenient since it’s a bit of a drive from us. Now here we are 3 1/2 months post wedding and we opted into the tux to keep option and still have had no communication on them or when they will be here.
We had an awesome level of service with President Tuxedo. Our men of the wedding party looked so fabulous that our venue decided to use our wedding photos for their advertising. The color combo we chose was genius and all the help with fittings of a large wedding party (16 total) couldn't have gone better! Thx again!
