My husband called to book a pontoon rental for our anniversary we were told to show up at 3 and our rental time would be 3:30. Arrived on time girl at the check in was rude. Asked where the bathroom was and she didn’t even bother to greet or stop looking at her phone. I asked a 2nd time where the closest bathroom was as my 3 year old daughter had to go, she responded “oh the snacks are across the street by that bathroom.” Obviously she wasn’t listening. Bad customer service to start with. Perhaps if she stopped playing on her cell phone and acknowledged the customer my first impression would have been better. As we were checking in the previous customers were coming back and asking for a refund as their pontoon boat had broken down and needed a tow. The rude lady kept saying “That’s not your boat” 3:30 rolls around and the pontoon boat is chilling in the water-not ready to be taken out. The guy who is very friendly was wading in the water to bring the “jalopy” pontoon boat to us. Not at all ready at 3:30 to go. This boat looked nothing like the website. Bait and switch! It looked very unsafe. No side guards with siding to keep things in boat from rolling off the edge. Looked like a floating raft and the so-called rails a child could easily fall thru as well as our beach bags. For 400 I expected the pontoon boat pictured on the website. However the guy was nice and helpful. He offered a refund and recommended other places to go. Back to the check in lady who had an attitude about the refund and getting a receipt. She was extremely rude. This place is a joke. Wasted an entire afternoon with this place. We drove an hour each way for this disappointment on our wedding anniversary.

we went jet sking here. we were on vacation. the tour guide was awsome. he took pictures and videos of us on his phone. we haven't been on them in years and they were great. we had so much fun. definitely come back there next tine were in area vacationing.
A lot of the really cool kites on display are not available in the store. Some are available online but not all of them. It would be nice to point to a kite and be able to buy that model.
Extremely poor service. We booked a surf lesson for our children at 8am on a Monday morning. We were told to arrive 10 minutes early. Our instructor did not show up until 8:20. He then told us that the conditions weren't good for surfing. I completely understand that but if you are booking lessons at 180 at 8am then you need to have someone checking the conditions and calling your customers if it's not a good day. When we called the company after our lesson was cancelled, the girl on the phone was less than helpful. Offered a refund, said sorry, and curtly said \Is there anything else?\ A refund for a cancelled lesson is the obvious answer. A good company offers to rebook the lesson at a discounted rate or refunds you and offers standup paddle boards or something else. We will not use them when we come back next year and we wouldn't recommend using them.
What a fun place to look for a new kite. I ended up with a pocket sized BB-8 kite for a little over 7. Looking forward to flying it on Jockey's ridge. I will post a pic of it flying high
