Duck River Textiles is a fraudulent company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE! I've sent warnings abut them to both Lowes and Amazon where they sell. They will only create a shipping label, so they can take your money, and then they will never actually ship or respond to inquiries. It's been months trying to get refunded for hundreds. I recommend that everyone report them to the BBB as well. Absolutely disgusting people.

Ordered some curtains from their company on Dec. 24th, it said they usually ship within 3 days of ordering. It's now Jan. 21st and I still never received anything. According to the tracking # it has not even been shipped out from the company. I've email them 4 times asking for a refund and have not received a single response back. This company obviously is not one anyone should do business with. So glad, I didn't order more than 30.00 worth of curtains from them, but feel bad for those other customers whom they've probably stolen more from. Don't order from Duck River Textiles.
I just received a Duck River Textile package that I never ordered. I live in Ohio. The nearly illegible label on it says it is being sent USPS to a person who lives in Costa Mesa, CA, but someone hand wrote my street address on it. When I checked the tracking number, it shows the package being shuffled back and forth between my post office and Pittsburgh. I don't see NJ on it anywhere although that's the return address. The label is so terribly printed you can barely read it, both the return address and the person it is being sent to. How they thought my house was the place to deliver it, I have no idea!
Product ordered was a Christmas gift. It was never received and I was charged for it. Tried calling multiple times and the receptionist was clueless and then transfers me to someone else’s voicemail. No contact back. Absolute terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY from this merchant!!
The curtains I ordered came fast and were really good quality for the price. Will be ordering more for the rest of the house.
