pretty bad for a company not to answer phone when trying to find out if a text i received was true or a scam when somebody claiming they worked for addeco group n was forward my contact yet nobody in this office can pick up the phone

So they call me after looking at my resume, and after having a phone conversation regarding my qualifications and education etc. I drove 45 minutes for an in person “interview”. Two minutes after I sat down, this person walks in and without even talking to me, tells me I’m not qualified enough as I’m still studying to get me bachelors and they only hire experienced candidates?????? Then why on earth would you even contact me in the first place AFTER looking at my resume???
I interviewed with Adecco about 4 years ago. I am highly qualified and educated, but did not receive any job placements. Not even a phone call. The staff at Adecco were nice during the interview, but they prefer to only place Caucasian employees versus ethnic people. I don’t know how they stay in business in a diverse place like NoVA. At the same time, I signed up with other temp agencies and they were much more fair (equal employment), helpful, professional, communicative and placed people in positions with their clients based on skills and not skin color. Unfortunately, Adecco places people based on their skin color and not skills/talent/education.
ONE star is required, however, my choice is NO star. The reviews are 100% correct. I found the staff here to be unprofessional, shallow and not properly trained to work in this industry. To be honest, I definitely felt a racist vibe. The reviews speak for themselves. I would not work for nor hire from the women (that contacted me) representing this firm. It is unfortunate. I worked with Adecco at another location. Completely different culture. They were professional, provided and adhered to professionalism. I found the other location to be more educated and open to diversity. Both myself and another young lady applied to Sterling and were offered manual labor before stepping into the physical office for testing, documents, or even an interview. We are both educated and experienced. I myself have 10 years of professional management experience as well as an education. Was having a bit of a time finding work and tried this agency. I don't feel the Sterling office is a well balanced one. I would try another location because they may take advantage of you. Good luck on your search.
THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Please save your time and find jobs online for yourself. They are racist and very rude too, anytime you call them its either they dont answer the phone or they say they will call you back but they never do it. Believe it or not I went to them a year ago and I was so desperate for a job but up to now they have not contacted me so I am so glad I was proactive enough to find myself a job. Again I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY!!!!!!!!!!! Use indeed or monster and craigslist too.
